RESIDENCE CS
RESIDENCE | MODERN CLASSIC | THE NETHERLANDS
Residence CS was designed for a private client who found a unique plot in a beautiful forested area in the south of The Netherlands. This is a family home that is discreet and functional but also a great space for relaxing and hosting.
The pronounced roof slabs highlight the structure’s low, linear volumes, cantilevering out towards the green surroundings. The property spans some 545 sq m and two levels with a basement, built in an L-shaped plan. The internal arrangement places all living areas on the ground level, while the upper floor contains the bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms, an expansive master suite and a small but efficient laundry room. Responding to the owner’s brief, one of the house’s long wings is fully dedicated to a chill room for the children, connected but yet apart from the other living area’s.
Large openings along the pool and terraces allow the indoors and outdoors to blend seamlessly, uniting this bespoke wellness and relaxing space with the green expanses outside.
